Each week, tap + to add the next word. It becomes the “NEW!” word on the home screen, and every game uses all the words up to it.

Words the class tapped wrong 3 or more times in Balloon Pop, Owl Peekaboo, Build a Sentence and Spell It.

My letter sounds

Each sound has three takes from Bella. If one sounds off (like oo, ah or ee), tap Change to pick another take or record your own voice. You can also change a sound from a letter card or from Sound It Out. The computer voice can say words, but it cannot say a clean /k/ or /a/. Record yourself saying each sound (about a minute for all of them). Your voice then plays in Sound It Out and Letter Sounds. Recordings stay on this device and, when you are signed in, are also saved with your account so they play on your other devices. Use Save backup to move them without signing in.
